Vacation Rental Deep Cleaning
All vacation rentals require a periodic deep cleaning to maintain that quality experience your guests have come to expect. Deep cleaning is a thorough cleaning of every surface, addressing all areas not included in a turn over clean.

- Kitchen (wipe out all drawers, clean all major appliances, organize pots/pans and
utensils) - Bedroom (wipe out all nightstand/dresser drawers, all mattress pads, pillow
protectors, comforters, duvets and blankets laundered) - Bathrooms (remove soap scum from showers, tubs, sinks and shower doors, wipe
out all drawers, remove mildew and toilet rings)
Throughout the house: - Remove cobwebs
- Dust moldings, baseboards, ceiling fans, picture frames, walls, light fixtures and
chandeliers - Dust louver doors & mini blinds
- Vacuum out tracks of windows & sliding doors
- Wash interior & exterior of all garbage cans
- Clean all AC vents
- Remove visible marks on walls
- Vacuum all hard floors and wet mop
- Clean washer and dryer and remove dryer lint
